From the very beginning, we were impressed with the exceptional customer service. The driver sent to pick us up was punctual and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and safe. The hotel's location, just 100 meters from the main market center, was perfect for exploring the city. We were also pleased with the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of options. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.
We felt very welcome during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great breakfast with a wide variety of delicious food options. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and cute, always ready to assist with any needs or give helpful recommendations.
The rooms were a bit basic and could use some updating. The beds and bedding were not very comfortable, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just off Florianska St on the other side of the square. The rooms are quiet and provide a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the hotel is kept clean. Guests can enjoy a scenic view from the charming conservatory-like breakfast room.
The single bed in some rooms may be narrow, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, just off the main square in the old town. It was so close to everything, with easy access to public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were well-appointed. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. We were actually surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of our spacious room. The staff were great too make our stay enjoyable, especially when we encountered a noise issue in the early hours of the morning. the breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. we had a lovely stay at Jan and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the nicest street leading up to the Market Square. You can't beat being almost touching the Square, making it super easy to explore the city's main attractions. The rooms on the first floor have a great balcony with a view over the roofs of Old Town, which adds a special touch to your stay. Additionally, the hotel provides a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including meat, to start your day off right.
All was fantastic, no improvements needed.
